10. MEANS OF PAYMENT

1) Payment via a credit card.

2) Payment on delivery of the order at your place (Pay on Delivery).
Pay the courier employee on the delivery of your order, at the address that you wish.

3) Deposit/ Remittance at bank account.

Based on the tax provisions in force, since 01.01.2017, vouchers with a value above 500€ to consumers (retail receipt) must be paid off only via deposit/ remittance to a bank account or via a credit/debit card.

11. MEANS OF SHIPPING

Greece:
Free shipping for anywhere in Greece. Products deliveries are made free of charge for the consumer via the Geniki Taxydromiki Company within 1-3 days.

Cyprus:
For shipping to Cyprus the charge for a simple shipping is 15.00 (provided that payment has been made) or 18.00 for shipping with pay on delivery via the Geniki Taxydromiki Company.

In case you wish to return a product (provided that it is not a fault of “SPATHARIOTI Commercial & Industrial S.A.”), you will bear the return-shipping expenses and you can use any courier company you wish.

12. RETURN POLICY

Make your return within 14 days since the day you received your order under the terms and conditions of the provisions of l. 2251/1994 of consumer protection. The products for replacement must be at the same condition as when they were received by the customer, complete and without damages and their package needs to be the one that normally accompanies the product, at an exceptional condition, with the specific labelling (tags), the sales receipt and the special return form that can be found at the end of the use terms (otherwise it can be sent electronically to our company’s email [email protected]). According to the article 5 par.10 of l. 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. 

IN CASE OF RETURN YOU HAVE THE OPTION:

1. To perform a change with the same or other/others product/products, via our electronic shop.

Make your change at the e-shop provided that you have made your first purchase from there. You have the option to send our package back in any carrier you wish, since you will be charged with the carriage costs. The package must include: 

a. the product that you are returning

b. the special return form, filled in with the required information. Otherwise, you can submit the withdrawal statement electronically at the [email protected]

c. Your receipt

For the product reservation/booking with which you wish to make a change, you must make a new order. You can ask for its replacement with another product or products up to the equal price that you have paid or above this price, if you wish. Finally, you must inform us on the courier that you prefer, since you will be charged with the carriage costs.   

2. To ask for a refund (it applies only for purchases via our electronic shop or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson).

You have the option to send our package back using any carrier you wish, since you will be charged with the carriage costs. Your package must include:

a. the product that you are returning

b. the special return form, filled in with the required information, the bank account information, exactly as asked.  Otherwise, you can submit the withdrawal statement electronically at the [email protected]

c. your receipt

We remind you that:

• Prior to any return, it is suggested to communicate with the electronic shop of “SPATHARIOTI Commercial & Industrial S.A.”. You can contact us by calling our company’s phone numbers at 210-2013872, 210-2230010, 210-2519367 Monday- Friday 9.00-17.00 or by sending an e-mail at [email protected]
• The return procedure usually lasts for 5-6 work days since the moment we receive the return in our company.
• In all cases, where with a proved fault of “SPATHARIOTI Commercial & Industrial S.A.”, other products or significantly different than the ones you ordered have been delivered to you, our company will be charged with the return/ shipping costs.
• If a defect at the returned product is noticed, the company must contact the consumer for the resolution of the issue. The products for return at the e-shop must be sent to the address of our company’s headquarters, which is 33-35 K. Palama & Papadiamanti, N. Halkidona, 14343.
• “SPATHARIOTI Commercial & Industrial S.A.” can deny the receipt of the returned products that do not fulfil the above conditions.
