RETURN POLICY
Make your return within 14 days since the day you received your order under the terms and conditions of the provisions of l. 2251/1994 of consumer protection. The products for replacement must be at the same condition as when they were received by the customer, complete and without damages and their package needs to be the one that normally accompanies the product, at an exceptional condition, with the specific labelling (tags), the sales receipt and the special return form that can be found at the end of the use terms (otherwise it can be sent electronically to our company’s email [email protected]). According to the article 5 par.10 of l. 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. Changes to discounted products or during discount periods will be made in consultation with the company and, if feasible.
IN CASE OF RETURN YOU HAVE THE OPTION:
1. To perform a change with the same or other/others product/products, via our electronic shop.
Make your change at the e-shop provided that you have made your first purchase from there. You have the option to send our package back in any carrier you wish, since you will be charged with the carriage costs. The package must include:
a. the product that you are returning
b. the special return form, filled in with the required information. Otherwise, you can submit the withdrawal statement electronically at the [email protected]
c. Your receipt
For the product reservation/booking with which you wish to make a change, you must make a new order. You can ask for its replacement with another product or products up to the equal price that you have paid or above this price, if you wish. Finally, you must inform us on the courier that you prefer, since you will be charged with the carriage costs.
2. To ask for a refund (it applies only for purchases via our electronic shop or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson).
You have the option to send our package back using any carrier you wish, since you will be charged with the carriage costs. Your package must include:
a. the product that you are returning
b. the special return form, filled in with the required information, the bank account information, exactly as asked. Otherwise, you can submit the withdrawal statement electronically at the [email protected]
c. your receipt
